TSHIDI NTSOKO
After graduating from Wits University, having majored in Media Studies and English Literature, and then going on to complete her Honours in Media Studies, Tshidi began her career as a research intern. She has been working in the television industry for over 15 years, having cut her teeth in the international format "Forgive and Forget" at Endemol South Africa. It was there where she fell in love with non-scripted content. Since then she has developed a number of formats and recently produced a true-crime series, called Vimba, under her co-founded production company; Bad Bees Productions. Under her creative agency, Colour Bar Media, the main focus is corporate communications, which includes development and producing audio-visual led internal campaigns for corporates and NGO’s. Tshidi has a great passion for creating meaningful content, and there is something awe-inspiring about seeing an idea come to life - this is at the core of what Colour Bar Media is about.

We will start by sending you a briefing document that asks you clear questions about your needs. What message are you hoping to relay? Who is your audience? What is your deadline? What is your budget? And so on…
How long will the project take?
We will sign off on a schedule, approved by both parties, with clear timelines. It’s important for us to get feedback on time in order for deadlines to be met.
Who needs to be involved in the project from my end?
We prefer to have one point of contact between your company and our agency, so that there is clear communication throughout the process.
